COVID-19 Protocols

WesCEF is committed to managing the spread of COVID-19 and ensuring the safety of anyone visiting or working at a WesCEF office or site.

Anyone visiting or working at WesCEF premises must abide by the following protocols:

An employee testing positive for COVID should:

  • Notify WesCEF’s Medical Centre via email only; nurse@csbp.com.au. There is no need to contact the Medical Centre again. If your email requires a response, it will be responded to within business hours.
  • Notify your supervisor. Please keep your supervisor informed of progress and when you will return to work.
  • Stay home for a minimum of 5 days. If you can work from home, please do so. 
  • Register your positive result with the Department of Health.

If you are a close contact of a person who has tested positive, you can still come to work UNLESS you are showing symptoms. 

WesCEF continues to monitor positive employee cases, but “immediate” notification to the Medical Centre is no longer essential. The WA Department of Health remains a source of information for people who test positive for COVID.
