Aaron Hood
Managing DirectorAaron was appointed Managing Director in November 2024. Prior to this, he served as WesCEF Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer from July 2023, having previously held positions as Wesfarmers’ Executive General Manager Business Development and WesCEF Chief Financial Officer. Aaron has Mechanical Engineering and Commerce degrees from UWA, an MBA from INSEAD, and he has completed the Stanford Executive Program. He started his career with Macquarie Bank in Sydney, before working in the private equity industry where his later focus was in the mining sector and investing producing mining assets globally. Aaron is a director of the Wesfarmers' joint venture company, Covalent Lithium. -
Alex Willcocks
Chief Financial OfficerAlex was appointed as WesCEF’s Chief Financial Officer in October 2022. Prior to this, she was Wesfarmers’ Executive General Manager Group Accounting & Assurance. She has held roles across the Wesfarmers Group since 2007, including General Manager positions in investor relations and business development as well as Chief Financial Officer, Kmart. Before starting with Wesfarmers, Alex worked in the consulting and media sectors in both London and Australia including time with Deloitte and Sony Pictures. Alex holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Alex is a current Director of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and 100 Women Pty Ltd. She was previously Chair of Wespine Industries and a Director of the Group of 100. -
Tanya Rybarczyk
General Manager KleenheatTanya was appointed General Manager Kleenheat in 2021. Prior to this, she was General Manager CSBP Fertilisers. Tanya has been with Wesfarmers for over 20 years, holding various positions in business development, private equity and investor relations before joining WesCEF in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Wesfarmers, Tanya worked at EY in Perth and for a number of organisations in Europe. Tanya is a Chartered Accountant, and her other qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. -
Barney Jones
General Manager Sodium Cyanide & AV/ModWoodBarney was appointed to General Manager CSBP Chemicals Joint Ventures in May 2018. Prior to this he was CSBP's Fertiliser Storage and Despatch Manager. Barney began his career at Wesfarmers Limited in 2005 as Manager for Business Projects. He moved to CSBP in 2010 as Commercial Manager Ammonium Nitrate. Previously, Barney was a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company working in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Barney holds a MA and DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, FINSIA/Kaplan Professional. -
Ryan Lamp
General Manager CSBP FertilisersRyan was appointed General Manager of the CSBP Fertilisers business in 2023. Prior to this, Ryan was the General Manager of Business Development at WesCEF and Chief Financial Officer at Catch. A qualified chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, Ryan has more than two decades of experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom and held a range of corporate finance roles before joining Wesfarmers in 2008. Since then, Ryan has held a variety of finance, operations and management roles across the group, including at Wesfarmers, Queensland Nitrates and Kleenheat. -
Leigh Meyers
General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium NitrateLeigh was appointed General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium Nitrate in August 2022. Prior to this, he was Production Manager Ammonia/Ammonia Nitrate. Leigh joined CSBP in 2003 as a Process Engineer and has held various roles across WesCEF’s businesses in Production, Operations and Process Safety. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) and a Certificate of Business Administration from Curtin University. -
Mussaret Nagree
General Manager Climate Opportunities & EnvironmentMussaret Nagree was appointed General Manager Climate Opportunities in 2021, reflecting WesCEF's strong focus on sustainability, and climate. Prior to this, Mussaret was General Manager Innovation and Advanced Analytics. Mussaret has been with the Wesfarmers Group since 2007, where she held a variety of roles within Wesfarmers’ Business Development team as well as co-leading its Emerging Ventures team. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Mussaret was a Fund Manager and Equities Analyst at Schroders in London and BT Investment Group in Sydney. Mussaret is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a Bachelor of Business. -
Julie Watson
General Manager Safety & Engineering ServicesJulie joined WesCEF in the role of General Manager Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) and Technical Services in January 2020. Julie previously worked as GM Asset Management and Petroleum Engineering Manager at Quadrant Energy and spent ten years at Apache Energy in various engineering and commercial roles. Julie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide. -
Joanne (Joe) Perkins
General Manager - HR & Corporate AffairsJoe joined WesCEF as GM HR and Corporate Affairs in January 2022. Prior to this, she was Director, People and Culture at Murdoch University. Joe's 24-year career in Human Resources began in England, where she held a variety of roles in HR, transformation and culture across a variety of industries including technology, media and rail. Joe moved to Perth in 2012 and spent the next seven years with Bankwest and the Commonwealth Bank in a wide range of HR roles, including Head of Strategy, Planning and Operations, People and Culture Lead (Risk Environment & Culture Program) and GM Strategy & Organisational Development. Joe holds a degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire, a CIPD Human Resources from The University of West London and a Post Graduate Award in Business Leadership from the University of Warwick. -
Cameron Levitzke
General Manager Joint VenturesCameron Levitzke was appointed General Manager Joint Ventures on 1 November 2024. Prior to this he was the General Manager of Commercial at Wesfarmers 50/50 Joint Venture Covalent Lithium. Cameron joined CSBP in 2005 and has held roles in a number of WesCEF business, including as Commercial Manager at both AGR and QNP. Cameron holds a Bachelors of Law & Commerce, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). -
Kylee Hetherington
Chief Information OfficerKylee was appointed Chief Information Officer in April 2024. Prior to this, she was the Program Director for WesCEF’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Kylee’s WesCEF career began in 2009 in the Finance team as an Accountant, and since then has held a variety of roles including Senior Commercial Analyst at Kleenheat and Commercial Manager at CSBP Fertilisers. Kylee holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). -
Michael Bingemann
General Manager Business DevelopmentMichael was appointed WesCEF’s General Manager Business Development in 2023. Prior to this, he was a Business Development Manager within Wesfarmers. Michael brings extensive experience in the resources sector to WesCEF, having spent six years as Investment Manager at the global mining focused private equity fund, Resource Capital Funds. Prior to that he held a number of engineering and commercial roles at Rio Tinto. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce, and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
