Meet our Executive Leadership Team

  • Aaron Hood

    Aaron Hood

    Managing Director
    Aaron was appointed Managing Director in November 2024. Prior to this, he served as WesCEF Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer from 2023, having previously held positions as Wesfarmers’ Executive General Manager Business Development and WesCEF Chief Financial Officer. Aaron has Mechanical Engineering and Commerce degrees from UWA, an MBA from INSEAD, and he has completed the Stanford Executive Program. He started his career with Macquarie Bank in Sydney, before working in the private equity industry where his later focus was in the mining sector and investing producing mining assets globally. Aaron is a director of the Wesfarmers' joint venture company, Covalent Lithium. 
  • Alex Willcocks

    Chief Financial Officer
    Alex was appointed as WesCEF’s Chief Financial Officer in October 2022. Prior to this, she was Wesfarmers’ Executive General Manager Group Accounting & Assurance. She has held roles across the Wesfarmers Group since 2007, including General Manager positions in investor relations and business development as well as Chief Financial Officer, Kmart. Before starting with Wesfarmers, Alex worked in the consulting and media sectors in both London and Australia including time with Deloitte and Sony Pictures. Alex holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Alex is a current Director of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and 100 Women Pty Ltd. She was previously Chair of Wespine Industries and a Director of the Group of 100.
  • Leigh Meyers

    Chief Operating Officer
    Leigh was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2026, after serving as General Manager Chemicals from 2024 and, previously, General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium Nitrate from 2022. Prior to this, he was Production Manager Ammonia/Ammonia Nitrate. Leigh joined CSBP in 2003 as a Process Engineer and has held various roles across WesCEF’s businesses in Production, Operations and Process Safety. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering), a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) and a Certificate of Business Administration from Curtin University.
  • Cameron Levitzke

    Chief Commercial Officer
    Cameron Levitzke was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in 2026, having served as General Manager Joint Ventures since 2024. Prior to this, he was General Manager of Commercial at Wesfarmers' 50/50 Joint Venture Covalent Lithium. Cameron joined CSBP in 2005 and has held roles in a number of WesCEF business, including as Commercial Manager at both AGR and QNP. Cameron holds a Bachelors of Law & Commerce, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
  • Kylee Hetherington

    Chief Information Officer
    Kylee was appointed Chief Information Officer in 2024. Prior to this, she was the Program Director for WesCEF’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Kylee’s WesCEF career began in 2009 in the Finance team as an Accountant, and since then has held a variety of roles including Senior Commercial Analyst at Kleenheat and Commercial Manager at CSBP Fertilisers. Kylee holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
  • Mussaret Nagree

    Chief Energy Transition, Environment & Government Relations Officer
    Mussaret Nagree was appointed Chief Energy Transition, Environment & Government Relations Officer in 2026, having served as General Manager Climate Opportunities & Environment since 2021. Prior to this, Mussaret was WesCEF's General Manager Innovation and Advanced Analytics. Mussaret has been with the Wesfarmers Group since 2007, where she held a variety of roles within Wesfarmers’ Business Development team as well as co-leading its Emerging Ventures team. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, Mussaret was a Fund Manager and Equities Analyst at Schroders in London and BT Investment Group in Sydney. Mussaret is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a Bachelor of Business.
  • Karen Bradshaw

    Chief Safety, People & Corporate Affairs Officer

    Karen was appointed WesCEF’s General Manager – Human Resources & Corporate Affairs in 2025 and assumed the role of Chief Safety, People & Corporate Affairs Officer in 2026. Prior to joining WesCEF, Karen was the Vice President, People and Engagement (Australasia) at Gold Fields. A senior legal practitioner specialising in employee relations and industrial relations, with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Industrial Relations and Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia, Karen has more than two decades of experience in senior leadership positions, including at Bis and BHP.

  • Ryan Lamp

    General Manager CSBP Fertilisers
    Ryan was appointed General Manager of the CSBP Fertilisers business in 2023. Prior to this, Ryan was the General Manager of Business Development at WesCEF and Chief Financial Officer at Catch. A qualified chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, Ryan has more than two decades of experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom and held a range of corporate finance roles before joining Wesfarmers in 2008. Since then, Ryan has held a variety of finance, operations and management roles across the group, including at Wesfarmers, Queensland Nitrates and Kleenheat.
  • Barney Jones

    Barney Jones

    General Manager Sodium Cyanide & AV/ModWood
    Barney assumed the role of General Manager Sodium Cyanide & AV/ModWood in 2024, having previously served as General Manager CSBP Chemicals Joint Ventures since 2018. Prior to this he was CSBP's Fertiliser Storage and Despatch Manager. Barney began his career at Wesfarmers Limited in 2005 as Manager for Business Projects. He moved to CSBP in 2010 as Commercial Manager Ammonium Nitrate. Previously, Barney was a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company working in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Barney holds a MA and DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, FINSIA/Kaplan Professional.
  • Julie Watson

    Julie Watson

    General Manager Safety
    Julie was appointed General Manager Safety in 2024, having served as General Manager Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) and Technical Services since January 2020. Julie previously worked as GM Asset Management and Petroleum Engineering Manager at Quadrant Energy and spent ten years at Apache Energy in various engineering and commercial roles. Julie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
  • Michael Bingemann

    General Manager Business Development
    Michael was appointed WesCEF’s General Manager Business Development in 2023. Prior to this, he was a Business Development Manager within Wesfarmers. Michael brings extensive experience in the resources sector to WesCEF, having spent six years as Investment Manager at the global mining focused private equity fund, Resource Capital Funds. Prior to that he held a number of engineering and commercial roles at Rio Tinto. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce, and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
  • Dan Williams

    General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium Nitrate
    Dan was appointed General Manager CSBP Ammonia/Ammonium Nitrate (A/AN) in 2026. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles with CSBP, including A/AN Production Manager and Operations Superintendent. Dan has extensive experience in both CSBP's Chemicals and Fertilisers businesses, having originally joined CSBP Fertilisers from Dyno Nobel in 2010 before moving to A/AN in 2019.
