​Celebrate the good things, accept and admit when you are at fault, and learn from it all is one of the mantras that WesCEF Data & Analytics Manager Chris Chapman lives by. And it’s one of the reasons he was recognised as an Integrity Values award winner at this year’s Thanks Awards.

Throughout his almost 13 years with WesCEF, Chris has built a culture of integrity, purpose and empowerment; most recently for the IT&S data and analytics team. His award not only recognises the culture he’s helped to create, but also acknowledges his efforts in tirelessly promoting his team’s achievements and implementing new initiatives.

“I generally just see it as doing my job,” Chris said of his award.

“I’ve been very lucky to have had considerable development opportunities over the years at WesCEF and really enjoy the variety of the business and the opportunities and challenges that come with it.”

Chris believes it is the people of WesCEF who help to make his work most enjoyable and he is known to willingly contribute to the development of others on a regular basis by providing advice, mentoring, and giving input into development programs.

“For me, the best part of my job is working with a great team while also being able to be involved with all parts of WesCEF, as well as getting access to the very smart and capable people we have working throughout the business.”
