Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
We work hard to understand customer preferences and deliver unique offerings and incentives to retain and grow our customer base ensuring high-quality customer experience, engagement, and service.

Our team of skilled salespeople and marketers deliver value and drive customer satisfaction for our domestic, national and international customers. As a customer service representative, you are the face of our businesses and support customers with a range of services.

Information Technology and Systems
We recognise the role of IT in enabling business success. WesCEF is on a digital transformation journey towards modern, adaptive, and scalable systems emphasising user experience at the centre. Our focus is on a secure, best fit IT and OT environment, and leading effective and timely service and support, as we scale our team’s capability to better support our businesses.

The Information Technology and Systems team develops, implements and supports business systems to enable our businesses to run efficiently and effectively. Located at our Murdoch and Kwinana sites, you’ll help support WesCEF’s IT requirements, including infrastructure support covering hardware, network and operating systems, application support and desktop user support.

Data and Analytics 
As WesCEF turns to the future, data analytics is essential to our success by helping identify new opportunities and in making better, informed decisions.

WesCEF collects a lot of data, but it’s rarely in a form that can be immediately modelled. That’s where WesCEF’s Advanced Analytics team comes in, helping to solve complex, data-driven problems to improve business.  The team works closely with the Wesfarmers Data Analytics Centre in Melbourne, providing access to the latest in research and training.

Human Resources 
Human Resources drives business success by leveraging individuals’ unique skills, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving consistency and excellence in delivering Human Resouce solutions, governance, and reward. Our human resources professionals are located in our Murdoch and Kwinana sites and work with the businesses to ensure the recruitment, development and retention of the best talent to ensure business success and growth. We’ll draw on your expertise to foster safe, innovative and engaging high-performance cultures where all employees thrive and perform at their best. 

Finance 

The finance team supports the business through governance, compliance, risk, insurance, property, finance and projects. By collecting and analysing data from across WesCEF’s business portfolio, projects and commercial activities, the team drives sound commercial decision-making and strategic planning required to underpin our growth.

Our finance professionals are located at our Murdoch office, with travel to Kwinana required occasionally. You’ll join the team that’s responsible for managing monthly reporting, capital expenditure, banking, accounts payable and receivable, budget and corporate planning, tax and audit compliance, and provides accounts support across the division.

Commercial

The commercial team evaluates and analyses operational and commercial opportunities, provides reporting and analytical support to meet financial and strategic objectives, harnesses growth opportunities, and drives sound commercial decision-making. Sound commercial discernment, an eye for detail, and a willingness to challenge assumptions are a must in this future-focused team.

Our Commercial teams are embedded in our businesses and based in our Kwinana and Murdoch offices. Your role will be to use your expertise to deliver effective and appropriate levels of commercial analysis and evaluation to drive operational efficiency. 

Mechanical, Chemical and Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering 
As a WesCEF engineer, you’ll work in our Technical Services team, a centralised reliability, field and project engineering function that supports both CSBP and Kleenheat. Based at our Kwinana production facilities, this team is predominantly responsible for managing larger capital projects across the businesses, providing specialist reliability and inspection services, and coordinating the planning and execution of major plant shutdowns.

We seek engineers who demonstrate safety leadership and enjoy working closely with a range to teams to execute tactical and operational and technical tasks.  

Process Technicians 
Based at our Kwinana CSBP and Kleenheat production facilities, our Process Technicians are vital to the efficient operation of our highly technical plants. Our focus on safety and quality means we seek people with strong technical ability who enjoy working in a team environment.

Shutdown Planner
Shutdown Planners are a core part of our Technical Services team. Based at our Kwinana CSBP and Kleenheat production facilities, you’ll provide dedicated planning and scheduling support for all major shutdown work and continually look for ways to improve procedures.

Health, Safety & Environment 
WesCEF is committed to being a leader in environmental protection by reducing our environmental impact and meeting internal, community, and regulatory obligations. We are accountable for driving continuous improvement in environmental performance within a diverse operating environment at our Kwinana and regional facilities.

The Health, Safety and Environment team advises and supports our businesses to develop and maintain systems to ensure our employees’ health and safety and meet environmental obligations. Based at our Murdoch office and Kwinana production facilities, you’ll provide advice and expertise in the following areas: occupational health and safety, process safety and emergency management, environment management, technical and safety training and quality assurance and business improvement.

Agronomy

Agriculture has come a long way over the past 100 years, and CSBP Fertilisers has been there every step of the way. Since 1923, CSBP Fertilisers has invested in replicated field research to better understand Western Australian soils and growing conditions. As a CSBP Agronomist you’ll help us develop sustainable nutrient management solutions to support our fertiliser customers and shape the future of agriculture.

Chemists and Laboratory technicians 
CSBP has a NATA accredited Analytical Services Laboratory located at its Kwinana site. You’ll join our team of highly skilled and dedicated chemists and technicians to provide chemical composition and physical analysis of raw materials, process intermediates and final products and provide consultation and technical support for all business areas. 

Located in Bibra Lake, the CSBP Soil and Plant Analysis Laboratory is an independent, purpose-built lab that has serviced the Australian agricultural industry since 1971. You’ll join our team of chemists and technicians helping advisors, growers, consultants, and researchers to make better land use and management decisions through plant and water analysis.
